We want you to feel confident in every SNO purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alterations, or removed tags may not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Once your return has been approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We'll do our best to help.

Because some SNO collections are produced in limited quantities, we can't guarantee that another size or color will be available.

Please contact us to request an exchange. If your preferred item is unavailable, you may return your eligible item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order if another option is available.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
